- its safe to have about 200 calories before bed. however that being said, i do not recommend eating fruit before bed as fruit contains a lot of simple sugars which will basically give you a sugar rush making it harder to fall asleep. if you have no problem sleeping then having fruit before bed is not a big deal.

- it probably just knocked you out and you didnt wake up like you would have without it. call your dr and ask if its a side effect. as for tonight, dont drink anything about an hour before bed and make sure to potty beforehand. if you start dreaming about going to the bathroom, WAKE UP!!! that happens to me when i'm drunk and it took me some time to figure out that i really needed to go and have had a few close calls.
