Air Evacuation Valve Specifications

Air Evacuation Valve Status: when the pressure is lower than the Standard Atmospheric Pressure in the ash silo, it generates vacuum in the silo. Then the film works and adjusts the air pressure back into the safety range.   

 

Working Principle 

 1.Static status: Once you set up a pressure range. Normally,  pressuer could be maintained at a stable level in the ash silo.The valve lid keeps static, and the whole valve is completely sealed.

2.Pressure-Release Status: when the pressure rises upon the setted range, the valve lid would be opened automatically to release the extra airstream.As the pressure goes down to the standard level, the valve lid would be closed automatically.

 3.Vacuum-Released Status: when the pressure is lower than the Standard Atmospheric Pressure in the ash silo, it generates vacuum in the silo.Then the film works and adjusts the air pressure back into the safety range.So that, Relief Valve protects the silo from safety hazard.
